The air of production environment, using pressure control, air will flow to high polluted area from low polluted area; this is a design of single flow direction. Intake air and return air equipment conform ISO Level 8 10000 air filters, will exclude the
dust particles and other pollutants in the air, to avoid repeated pollution problems.
Staffs are asked to wash hands, wear cleanroom suit and sanitize through Air Shower room before entering manufacture area. Meanwhile, the Air Lock function, we can control staffs in and out, in order to prevent intersecting pollution.
Materials should be sanitized through Air Shower and sterilize in the buffer zone in advance. This will clean those dust on the equipment, material and tools. Then, enter the buffer zone to be sterilized.
